Spanish National Honor Society

Our Tejanos del Noroeste Chapter of SHH is an active club on campus.

The purpose of the Society is to recognize high achievement in Spanish and to promote  continuity of interest in Hispanic studies. 

New members are invited and inducted in the Spring. 
Membership is by invitation and induction for Sophomores and above based on: 

* Honor average for at least 3 semesters in the study of Spanish
* Character, leadership, seriousness of purpose,
cooperation, honesty, service and commitment to others demonstrated by completed application packet and payment of membership fees
* Enrollment in Spanish during induction and enrollment in at least one Spanish course the year  following induction 

Honor Stoles are available for graduating members and associate members to purchase for graduation.
