Homecoming Community Parade

We encourage everyone to participate or come watch our outstanding parade. Line up for the parade will begin at 5:30 in the East Parking lot (closest to 156).  The parade will begin at 6:00.

Homecoming Community Pep Rally

The Community Pep Rally will be held at the NHS Football Stadium following the parade. Our outstanding Texan Football team and Coaches will be introduced. The NHS Cheerleaders, award winning Texan Band and Drill team will perform for everyone. The 2016 Homecoming Court will be presented along with the Faculty Duke and Duchess.

Friday Night Festivities

The football game will begin at 7:00 p.m. The homecoming court festivities will take place during half-time.


Homecoming Dance

Saturday, October 8, 7:00 – 11:00

The homecoming dance is one of the finest traditions we have at Northwest High School. The semi-formal dance is held at Northwest High School. “Glitz and Glam” is our dance theme. DFW Productions DJ (NHS Senior Prom DJ) will provide our lights and music. Join us for an all-inclusive night of friends, dancing, food, and drinks. Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door. Students must be NHS students or have the attached date form approved.
